1. Information Storage and Privacy
Local storage includes:
- Your uploaded photos
- Generated cartoon-style artwork
- User preferences and settings
- Credit usage history
2. Data Privacy and Security
- Your photos and generated artwork are stored locally on your device
- Photos are temporarily processed through a third-party service for cartoon-style conversion
- We do not store your photos or artwork on any server after processing
- You can delete your artwork history at any time
3. Face Data Collection and Processing
- Collection: Our app processes facial features and photo context only when you voluntarily upload a photo. This may include facial structure, expressions, contours, facial landmarks, and facial geometry measurements used solely to generate cartoon-style artwork. We do not store any face data, facial recognition information, biometric identifiers, or photo details in any database.
- Usage: Face data is used exclusively and transiently to generate the cartoon-style artwork. We do not use this data for identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the cartoon transformation you explicitly requested. Face data is never processed in the background — only when you intentionally submit a photo for transformation.
- Storage: Face data is never stored on our servers. All data is processed in memory and is immediately discarded after the transformation is complete. No backups, logs, or persistent storage of face data is maintained by us or our processors.
- Sharing: Face data is temporarily shared with Replicate solely for performing the requested cartoon transformation. This processor is contractually obligated to not store, reuse, or share your face data for any other purpose. All data transmission occurs via encrypted HTTPS channels to ensure security during processing.
- Retention: We do not retain face data. It exists only for a few seconds during processing (typically less than 30 seconds) and is discarded immediately afterward. We have no database or storage system for any biometric or face data. Only the resulting cartoon image (which is no longer considered face data) is stored on your device.
- Control: You have full control over which images are uploaded and processed. Only the final cartoon-style image is saved on your device, and you may delete it at any time through the app's gallery feature.
- Consent: By uploading a photo for transformation, you provide explicit consent for the temporary processing of face data as described in this policy. No face data will be processed without your direct action to upload and transform a specific image.
4. App Functionality
The app operates by:
- Transforming your photos into cartoon-style artwork using a secure cloud-based service
- Requiring an internet connection to perform the photo transformation
- Storing only the final cartoon artwork locally on your device
- Tracking credit usage for free and premium users
- Processing payments through the App Store
5. Credits and Subscription
- New users receive 2 free credits for artwork creation
- Unlimited creation available through weekly or yearly subscriptions
- Subscription payments are handled via the App Store
- Users can manage subscriptions in their App Store settings
6. Your Content
- You own your photos and the generated artwork
- You may delete any generated artwork from your device
- Your content is never shared with other users or external services
- You are free to use the generated images for personal or commercial use
