By accessing and using Face Toon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of Service

• Upload only photos you have the right to use
• Internet connection required for photo processing
• Your photos and artwork remain private
• We reserve the right to block misuse of the service

3. Credits and Subscription

• New users receive 2 free credits upon first use
• Each photo conversion requires one credit
• Unlimited conversions available with active subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Manage or cancel subscription through App Store settings
• All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Apple may handle billing and refund requests directly.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You receive full rights to use generated artwork
• Generated artwork can be used for personal or commercial purposes
• The Face Toon technology and brand remain our property

5. Privacy and Data

• Photos are temporarily processed using a secure third-party cloud service
• All generated artwork is stored locally on your device
• You can delete your artwork history at any time
• We do not store your photos or generated artwork on any server
• Facial data is only used during the cartoon-style transformation process and is never stored or reused
• Face data is processed in memory only, discarded immediately after processing, and never used for identification, authentication, advertising, or analytics
• No biometric or facial data is shared with any third parties beyond the temporary processing required to complete your request
• By using the app, you consent to the temporary and secure processing of face data as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Content Guidelines

• Do not upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Do not process copyrighted material without permission
• We may block access for violation of these terms
• You are responsible for content you upload

7. Limitations

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• API service may have occasional downtime
• We may modify features or terms at any time
• We are not liable for any damages or losses
• Results may vary based on input photo quality
