FluxArt features a public gallery where users can share their creations. When you share artwork to the gallery:

• Your artwork becomes publicly visible
• Anyone can view and use public gallery images
• Public images can be used personally and commercially by others
• This helps our community explore and inspire each other

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only used for providing FluxArt services.

Payments

All subscriptions and credit purchases are handled through Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, email us at riponsoum992@gmail.com. Please note: when your account is deleted, all your data including artwork, credits, and subscription history will be permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

FluxArt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
