By using FluxArt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Account Registration

FluxArt requires an account to securely store:

• Your credit balance
• Your prompts and generated images
• Your content across all your devices

What FluxArt Does

• Generate AI images from text prompts
• Edit images with AI
• Explore public gallery to see other users' creations

Credit System

• Subscribers receive 200 credits per month
• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Unused monthly credits do not carry over
• You can purchase additional credits separately
• Additional credits never expire until used
• Additional credits are used only when monthly credits run out

Subscriptions

• Subscription is required to save and share artwork
• All payments are handled through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings
• Use Restore Purchases to recover your subscription

Your Content Rights

• You may use your generated artwork personally and commercially
• Your artwork is stored securely in our database
• You can share artwork to the public gallery

Public Gallery

• Users can share artwork to the public gallery
• Public gallery images can be viewed by anyone
• Anyone can use public gallery images personally and commercially
• The gallery exists to share creative experiences and inspire others
• We may remove inappropriate content without notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Create hateful or discriminatory artwork
• Use copyrighted material in prompts without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the app

Account Deletion

To delete your account, email us at riponsoum992@gmail.com. Warning: deleting your account permanently removes all your artwork, credits, and data. This cannot be undone.

Disclaimers

• App requires internet connection
• AI results may vary based on prompts and models
• We may update features and pricing with notice
• Service provided "as is" without warranties

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
