By using PhotoMagic, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

App Features

PhotoMagic provides:

• AI-powered photo editing
• AI image generation from text prompts
• Local storage of all generated/edited images

Subscriptions

• A subscription is required to use AI features
• All subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings
• Lost your subscription? Use the Restore button to recover it

Your Content Rights

• You own all images you create or edit with PhotoMagic
• You may use your images for personal and commercial purposes
• All images are stored only on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your content

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Create content that infringes others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoMagic.

Disclaimers

• App requires internet connection for AI features
• AI results may vary and are not guaranteed
• We may update features and pricing with notice
• Service availability depends on AI providers

Limitation of Liability

PhotoMagic is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
